House 11 has a built area of 491 m2, with excellent use of space. It is divided into three "L” shaped blocks surrounding the pool. The main block has two floors. The second floor has a master suite, a lounge enjoying panoramic view and a suite. The master suite owes its name to the privileged sea view it enjoys, in addition to a spacious private balcony, Jacuzzi and two showers.
The ground floor has a kitchen (entirely in stainless steel), a dining room and a TV room (with modern audio and video systems). Featuring detailed architecture and a perfect combination between modern and rustic, every room enjoys panoramic and interactive view.
The veranda extends along the entire house, from a second Jacuzzi right above the pool to the gourmet area, with an electric barbecue grill with rotisserie and a stainless steel fridge. The deck leads to the third block with two bungalow suites. All blocks are located at a short distance from the spectacular semi-Olympic swimming pool featuring a children’s area and a reflecting pool with room for two lounge chairs.
All suites have cable TV, air conditioning and PABX telephone.
The house has access to outsourced housekeeping and food and beverages services.
